Conover, NC                                      A Step back in time...

The rolling heartland where Cline Village stands was, at one time, a cattle farm rich in natural resources, including an abundance of quartz crystals and a wagon trail which still runs through the property.

For many generations, the Cline family has grown and sold blueberries, strawberries, and pumpkins from their farmlands.

The Cline Blueberry was named and registered by UNC, marked for its special flavor and taste.  The Strawberry Festival is very popular in the spring, drawing families throughout the region to the "pick your own" events.

Life in Cline Village is like a step back in time...where folks gather on their front porches to chat, walk and talk with neighbors, and share their love of family and friends.

Cline Village is a master planned development in the city of Conover near Hickory, NC with nearly 300 acres of streams, rolling hills, woodlands, and walking trails in the growing Hickory area. This site is serviced by all municipal utilities and the entire property is currently zoned for the proposed use.

The village, with its new Lyle Creek Elementary school, firehouse, community center, and senior housing, offers the best in small town living with all of the modern conveniences.
